This is a weekly service for one hour once a week for four weeks, starting when puppy is about 10 weeks old. Puppy sessions focus on building puppy-groomer bonding and trust, desensitizing to tools, sounds, sights, and smells of the grooming salon.
Weekly appointment is for a bath, blow dry, nail trim, face tidy, ear cleaning, paw tidy, and sanitary. The final session will usually be longer if it includes a hair cut. The price will reflect the full groom price.

Touch up package includes nail trim with dremel, touching up eye corners (when applicable), 3 minutes of brushing, as well as TWO of the following: clean ears, express anal glands, full foot tidy, nose and paw butter, OR brush teeth.
For smaller dogs. Shave out fur that causes your dog to slip on tile from the paw pad, and tidy up the tops of the feet to keep their feet cleaner.

We can use Malacetic Cleaner for everyday type cleaning, or Magic ear which is helpful for dogs prone to ear infections.
We have a few options to use - Vibrant Life Plaque tooth wipes ($2), or Vet's Best Enzymatic Paste, or Fresh Breath Foam or Gel.
Add a splash of color to your pet's nails! We can also add glitter! Options may vary, talk with the groomer for an idea of current selection.
Shave the fanny and underbelly areas for cleanliness. Final price may vary of scissors are required to properly clean up.

Goopy eyes from allergies can build up in the corners and become painful. You can bring your dog in between grooms or as needed for eyes to be cleaned up. Free if also getting an additional service with $10 value.

If your pet has fleas, we will wash in flea product and spritz in Nature Specialties Wham spray which helps repel bugs for about 24 hrs, hopefully enough time to secure some prevention. Repeated visits requiring flea baths may require extra charges to bomb our home salon.

Unless pet parent is supplying the product, we will need to charge an additional fee for medicated product. Please give us 48hr notice of this need when possible.

It takes a lot of work and product to release and when booking, if you know your pet is experiencing this in large areas, please select this to notify us so we can reserve the extra time.

If you are unable to drop off your pet/s at appointment time and need to bring them early, or unable to pick up your dog within 20 minutes of being notified they are almost ready, an additional charge of $5 per 30 minutes will be added to your bill. This fee will not exceed an extra $30 per pet, but your pet must be picked up by end of day/agreed upon time. Our space is extremely limited, so we must be made aware with 24 hours notice that you will need this arrangement. Dogs will be provided a blanket, water, and a leashed walk, but will otherwise be kenneled once their groom is complete and they are awaiting pick up. Dogs with kennel aggression and/or dog aggression are not permitted to have extended stay.
In the event a client cancels with less than 48 hour notice, Faith & Fido will require a $25 cancellation fee. This is stated in the policy contract signed to become a client. A link will be sent to you via email or text message to pay with card.

At Faith & Fido, we provide one on one grooming services to pamper your furry friend in a comfortable, home environment with limited to no cage time. You may select one service option or multiple service options if only need single services, or if you know you need dematting/deshedding/hand scissoring/handling fees, or if you are booking multiple pets.

Rachel did an amazing job and finished within the time frame she told me it would take. Would definitely recommend!! I know I will be taking my dog back! He has finally found his groomer!!!
